Charles got this terrific picture of Pederson's Cleaning Shrimp on a dive. We found several images on the net, but none that seemed as good as this one.

To Charles's credit, he managed to signal everyone to come look at the shrimp. The shrimp is smaller than it appears in this photo, and really easier to see in this photo than live under water.
