We saw so many of these damselflies on the Upper River Trail at Hornsby that I was finally able to take this photo. Now, if I could only tell for sure what kind it is. I think that it is a Powdered Dancer. The abdomen indicates a female, but the mature female should have a brownish tip to the abdomen, not blue. We're still struggling with dragonfly IDs.

Added Later: John Abbott confirmed the ID; got one right for a change.
